This is the next generation CLS. The topmodel and its 6,3-litre V8 is supposed to crank out some 518 HP. I guess the sound of the car will be more notable when finished, its a AMG after all, isn´t it?

Gemballa Panamera
The GT "R"

The GT

Here are real pictures of how Gemballa gives the Panamera a first touch-up. They offer two versions, the GT Sport 22" and R 22". The biggest difference as far as I can see, is the one-piece wheel alternatively multipiece for the "R". Dimensions are 10x22 ET 50 with 265/30 and 11x22 ET 55 with 315/25.

Sharkwerks beastly GT3 RS
American Porsche-specialist Sharkwerks has given the the beast more cubic inches, the result is a 3,9-litre RS with 500 HP. Wonder if this influences on the ability to rev as wildly as it does from factory.... The video looks and sounds very promising, though.
Fawlty Towers and Red Bull Airrace
I really like and enjoy Barcelona in Spain, but as all other places on earth, hotels just never work out as planned. We arrived at the hotel, but do you think the Internet worked? No. Since saturday no internet, until now. A kind bar down the street opened their gates to the information highway. So the break is over, dear readers!
Regarding the airrace I will post pictures in the next days.

Making of AM Rapide
Very nice video of a car I am most excited about to see in its real flesh. Think its going to be something like the Panamera - the pics and videos upfront makes you uncertain - in real life it looks and feels good.

From worldcarfans:
The Cargraphic 997 Turbo GT RSC 3.6 faired quite well in a recent time trial, taking the crown of fastest sprinter in two races. The car matched up against several of the hottest, most sought-after supercars in four sprint competitions.
In sprints against the Aston Martin DBS, Geiger Ford GT, Gumpert Apollo, Königsegg CCX-R, and the Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SV, the 997 took the title of fastest 0-100 km/h, posting a remarkable 3.0-second time. The same car reached 0-200 km/h in 9.1 seconds.
But it was the Geiger Ford GT that reached 300 km/h first, hitting that mark in 22.8 seconds. The same car had the best time going from 0-300-0 km/h, coming to a full stop at 30.3 seconds, a full half-second faster than the 997.

Audi R8 Clubsport

teamspeed.com have posted these new pics of the super-Audi. This time in matte black, and in even more productionready looks. They think its gonna be based on the V10, but I am not sure. Have a look at the exhaustpipes, they might be disguise, but an lighter car with a stronger V8 might be more involving, maybe. Time will show, the car might be ready for Essen later this year.
